Skalmo tie-out in 5-pack.
The same tie out that we use on Skalmo Gears The Mid and Tarps. A round patch with a diameter of 45 mm in 2.92 oz hybrid Dyneema® and adhesive backing. Attached to it, is a 6 mm lightweight webbing. The patches come in black or white. Perfect for upgrading your tent or tarp with several tie-outs. Or maybe an extra loop for your Dyneema® bag or water bottle to hang it in the tent? The adhesive adheres very well to Dyneema®, most hard plastics and metals. Okay adhesion to regular nylon and polyester fabrics. Bad on silicone-treated fabrics.
Instruction:
Wash the surface you are going to attach the tie-out to with mild soap water. Remove the brown paper on the back and place the patch where you want it. Note that once it is seated, it is usually very difficult to move it, so consider carefully where you want to place it. Press down with hand force and avoid maximizing the tie-out during the first 48 hours as the adhesive hardens during that time.
