Fixing backpacks

Backpacks are built to withstand a lot, but sooner or later something can break. A loose strap, broken buckle or cracked buckle are common damages - and the good news is that they can often be fixed quickly. In many cases, you can replace the parts yourself at home with simple tools and the right spare parts, and get your backpack ready for the next trip again.

However, if you have a major damage that needs to be repaired, such as a tear in the fabric, a broken seam or a fastener that has come loose, you are always welcome to email us and we will help you further. Either we can bring the backpack in for repair here with us, or we will contact the supplier if repair or replacement of the bag is needed. We always try to repair the backpack in the first place, so that you can continue to use it as long as possible
