I don’t know how many times this jacket has saved my summer trips in the mountains. When swarms of mosquitoes and gnats surround the campsite, it’s a huge relief to put on The Bug Jacket and get effective protection without having to hide in the tent.

It goes everywhere with me—when I’m cooking, fishing, taking a break along the trail, or just sitting and enjoying the campsite. For me, it’s now an essential part of my gear for summer mountain hikes.

The Bug Jacket is made of ultra-fine No-See-Um mesh that effectively blocks both mosquitoes and the tiniest gnats. The material is extremely lightweight, breathes exceptionally well, and takes up almost no space in your pack. When not in use, it’s easily stored in the included stuff sack.
