Gramjakt Merino Crew Hike Sock
We who run Gramjakt have long wanted to develop our own hiking sock. Over the years we have tested many different models on long hikes, shorter hikes, wet mountain days and warm summer stages. In the end, we knew exactly what we needed: a sock that is durable where needed, airy where it can be and really comfortable even after many hours on the trail.
The Gramjakt Merino Crew Hike Sock is the result of that experience. Made from a carefully balanced blend of 56% merino wool, the rest nylon and lycra spandex, the merino wool provides natural temperature regulation and soft comfort, while the nylon and lycra add durability, stretch and a fit that stays put.
When hiking, we know from experience where socks tend to wear the most. That's why we've reinforced the heel and toe box, but without making the whole sock unnecessarily thick or warm. The upper is more breathable to provide better airflow and a more comfortable feel on longer days.
The result is a technical, comfortable and durable hiking sock for those who want low weight, good function and high comfort - whether you're going for a day hike, a long hike or packing light for the mountains.
