The Katadyn BeFree Filter 1.0L Black Edition is a simple and effective water purification system that gives you access to clean drinking water wherever you are. The collapsible bottle combined with a Hollow Fiber filter makes it quick and easy to filter water directly in the bottle.

The high flow rate allows you to get water directly without having to pump or wait long.

Prepared directly in the bottle
Fill the container with water.
Gently shake or press the bottle.
Drink directly through the filter.

The filter has a filtration precision of 0.1 micron, effectively removing protozoa and bacteria. Ideal for hiking, backpacking and other adventures where you need a reliable water filter.

Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the filter by filling the bottle with water and shaking it vigorously. Alternatively, the filter can be removed and rinsed by quickly stirring it in water. Avoid rinsing the filter directly under the tap as this may damage the membrane.
