The Neo Quilt 300 is an extremely lightweight three-season quilt with a closed footbox, developed for high thermal efficiency around zero - with a total weight of only 455 grams. With 300 grams of 900 fill power Polish goose down, it delivers impressive insulation performance for its weight, with a comfort temperature of 3°C and a limit temperature of -3°C. It is designed for hikers who want to combine low pack weight with reliable warmth during spring, summer and early fall.
Instead of insulation on the underside, the Neo Quilt 300 uses your sleeping pad as primary protection against ground chill. This allows the down loft to work where it does the most good - from the top and sides - providing maximum warmth per gram and a smart, lightweight sleeping system. Compared to a traditional sleeping bag, you also get more freedom of movement and can sleep comfortably on your side, back or knees.
The spacious, shark fin-shaped and closed footbox keeps your feet warm all night long. The construction is based on H-shaped down chambers, 39 in total, which provide even distribution of the 300 grams of ethically produced 900 FP Polish goose down. The result is stable loft, high thermal insulation and reliable performance even when the temperature creeps down to freezing.
Outer and inner fabrics are made from ultra-lightweight Toray® Airtastic 19 g/m², 7 denier ripstop with 100% nylon DWR treatment, keeping weight down without compromising durability. The elastic neck adjustment is complemented by an extra down-filled collar that effectively seals around the neck and shoulders when the temperature drops, and a snap button secures the fit.
A simple fastening system with elastic straps and flat buckles, compatible with 50-60 cm wide sleeping pads, reduces heat leakage when changing sleeping positions. Fine-tuned to the smallest detail after years of design and field testing at Cumulus®, the Neo Quilt 300 is the obvious choice for those who prioritize light weight, high thermal efficiency and versatile comfort in the field.
