Thanks to its minimalist design, the X-Lite 400 is one of the lightest sleeping bags on the market. The sleeping bag is constructed from Toray Airtastic fabric (19 g/m2) and filled with 900 cuin goose down of the highest quality. You will hardly notice that you have it in your backpack! A perfect choice for spring and summer.
The X-Lite series are the lightest sleeping bags in the world in terms of weight to warmth ratio. Reducing the weight of the equipment has been Cumulus' main mission here - a mission they realize thanks to their long experience in redefining the word "lightweight".
To achieve this goal, they have used a series of innovative solutions: the sleeping bag is made of the world's lightest down-proof fabric - 19-gram Toray Airtastic® - and equipped with a lightweight 3 mm 2/3-length zipper and a slim fit that simultaneously improves insulation performance.
The design focuses entirely on minimalism, and therefore the X-Lite lacks unnecessary details that would only add weight. Despite this, it is very comfortable thanks to features such as an anatomically shaped footbox (shark fin) and a 3D shaped hood.
Such an exceptional sleeping bag requires an equally unique filling material - in this case, ethically sourced Polish goose down with 900 fill power.
