We at Gramjakt have long wanted to develop our own hiking sock. Over the years, we’ve tested many different models on long hikes, shorter walks, wet days in the mountains, and warm summer hikes. Eventually, we knew exactly what we were missing: a sock that’s durable where it counts, breathable where it can be, and truly comfortable even after many hours on the trail.

The Gramjakt Merino Crew Hike Sock is the result of that experience. It’s made from a carefully balanced blend of 56% merino wool, with the remainder consisting of nylon and Lycra spandex. The merino wool provides natural temperature regulation and soft comfort, while the nylon and Lycra contribute durability, stretch, and a fit that stays in place.

When hiking, we know from experience where socks tend to wear out the most. That’s why we’ve reinforced the heel and toe box, without making the entire sock unnecessarily thick or warm. The upper part is more breathable to provide better airflow and a more comfortable feel during longer days.

The result is a technical, comfortable, and durable hiking sock for those who want low weight, great performance, and high comfort—whether you’re going on a day hike, a long trek, or packing light for the mountains.
