Delivery service

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Umeå with a traceable parcel number.
We deliver with DHL and PostNord depending on destination and choice at checkout.

We strive to ship all orders placed before 13:00 on the same business day.
Orders placed after 13:00 are sent the next business day.

Delivery times

Normal delivery time:

• Sweden: 2-4 business days
• Denmark & Finland: 3-5 business days
• Other EU: 4-5 working days
• Norway: 3-7 working days

The delivery time is calculated from the time your order is shipped from our warehouse.
In case of high load or unforeseen events, delivery may take longer.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping within Sweden, Denmark and Finland for purchases over SEK 999
• Shipping cost below this level is shown at checkout
• Shipping is based on weight, size and destination

Sweden

Orders within Sweden are sent with DHL Service Point or PostNord.
Most deliveries are made within 2-4 business days from the order being sent.

Denmark and Finland

Deliveries are made with DHL Parcel Connect to agents.
Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Norway

We are VAT registered in Norway, which means that you do not have to pay customs or VAT when picking up.
The price you see at checkout is what you pay.

Deliveries are made with PostNord and normally take 3-7 working days.

Other EU countries

Orders are sent with DHL Parcel Connect.
Normal delivery time is 4-5 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on country and local carriers.

Rest of the world

We ship globally. Delivery time varies depending on destination but is usually 1-2 weeks.
