Comfortable and efficient carrying

Zpack's patented carbon Arc Frame system creates an air gap between the back and the pack.
It provides ventilation and cooling, while efficiently transferring weight to the hips.
The result is an ultralight backpack that feels stable and comfortable - even when carrying heavy loads.

The backpack comes with standard straps - 7 cm wide, form-fitting shoulder straps with 1 cm closed cell foam and 3D mesh on the underside for airflow and cushioning.
The straps have daisy chains for attaching accessories as well as chest strap and load lifters for optimal balance and fit.

Capacity for long adventures

With 70 liters of packing volume, the Arc Haul Ultra holds enough for 7+ days between depots - perfect for long Green Belt trips or mountain hikes where you don't want to repack.
The roll-top closure makes the bag easy to compress when carrying a smaller load.
Side compression straps make it easy to tighten, attach hiking poles or dry clothes on the fly.

All standard Bear Canisters fit upright in the top of the bag, and shorter frame sizes (17-20 inches / 43-51 cm) fit in the airplane rack when the top is rolled down.

Finding the right fit

  1. Torso length: Measure from the center of the waist belt to the C7 vertebra (base of the neck). Most adults fit medium (48-58 cm).

  2. Waist belt: Choose the size based on the waist measurement where the belt will sit. Example:

    • Medium (30-35 inches / 76-89 cm)

    • Large (35-40 inches / 89-102 cm)

  3. Standard Straps: - molded for balance, comfort and ventilation.
