Anfibio Wave – a lightweight and efficient carbon touring paddle

The Anfibio Wave is a high-quality, lightweight touring paddle designed for calm waters and longer trips. The smooth carbon shaft is infinitely adjustable in both length and blade angle, making it easy to customize the paddle to suit the paddler, the craft, and the paddling style.

The paddle is particularly well-suited for packrafting, kayaking, and combined land-and-water trips where low weight, efficient paddling, and a compact pack size are important. The design can be disassembled into four parts, making it easy to carry inside or outside a backpack.

Comfortable on Long Trips

The pleasantly smooth carbon shaft provides a comfortable grip and reduces the risk of chafing and blisters during extended paddling sessions. The stepless length adjustment and the freely adjustable angle between the paddle blades make it possible to find an ergonomic and efficient paddling position.

The paddle is also equipped with a drip guard that helps reduce the amount of water running down the shaft onto your hands and clothes.

Narrow paddle blades for efficient paddling

The narrow, elongated paddle blades are designed for smooth, energy-efficient strokes over longer distances. Compared to larger, stiffer paddle blades, they require less force per stroke, which can reduce strain on the shoulders and arms.

An integrated guide rib helps distribute the water evenly across the paddle blade. This reduces flutter and twisting in the water and provides a more stable stroke with better efficiency.

Robust, lightweight construction

The paddle blades are made from a durable blend of nylon and fiberglass that provides good resistance to abrasion and stress. The paddle is primarily designed for calm and efficient touring rather than maximum power transfer or aggressive paddling in whitewater.

Weighing only about 970 grams, including the drip tip, the Anfibio Wave offers an excellent balance between light weight, comfort, durability, and price.

Please note

The Anfibio Wave is optimized for relaxed and efficient touring. It is not designed for maximum power transfer, hard paddling strokes, or demanding whitewater paddling.

A paddle leash is recommended primarily on open water and flowing water without rapids, as well as to secure the paddle when landing on shore and during breaks. The paddle leash should not be used in a way that poses a risk of the paddler becoming trapped in flowing or technical water.
