Alcohol burners for alcohol-based fuels.
Easy to use thanks to the simple construction. The sparring regulates the flame and is used to save fuel or to extinguish the flame. Works in all weather conditions. In severe cold, the winter additive with the preheater can be used. A filling (max. 2/3 of the burner) burns for approx. 25 min. Boil 1 liter of water in about 10 minutes (varies depending on climate and fuel quality).
Use only alcohol-based fuels. The names of fuels vary all over the world: Tenol or T-red (SE), Methylated spirits or bioethanol spirit (UK), Brennspiritus (D), Ethyl alcohol or Denature alcohol (USA), Methyl alcohol or Wood ¬alcohol (AU), Alcohol a brûleur (FR), Rødsprit (N & DK), Denaturated alcohol (brandy) (NL), Marinol-100 or Sinol (FI). In Sweden, we primarily recommend using Tenol from the Kemethyl brand.
The spirit burner can be used with all Trangia kitchens series 25 Large + 27, Trangia Triangle (400333), Pour (100230) and Mini Trangia (100285). The spirit burner is made of brass and the wick inside the burner is in 100% cotton.
