Tjikko 1.0 Fluoride-Free is a fluoride-free toothpaste in the form of perfectly dosed small tablets. Chew one tablet, brush for two minutes, and spit it out—no water needed before or after. You get a fresh mint flavor, plenty of lather, and a formula that doesn’t leave toothpaste stains.

The Formula
The formula was developed by licensed dentist Margareta Lee, who has over 40 years of experience in dentistry. The tablets contain, among other ingredients, bicarbonate, which helps neutralize acids in the mouth; hydroxyapatite, which helps strengthen the enamel surface; and xylitol, which helps prevent cavities.
Each tablet contains a carefully measured amount of ingredients, ensuring the same dose with every brushing.
Directions
Chew 1 tablet, brush your teeth for about two minutes, and spit it out. Use morning and evening. No water is needed before or after brushing.
Storage and Shelf Life
