Northern Lites Tundra Ultralight All-Terrain Unisex Snowshoes
Weighing just over 1.36 kg per pair, the 83.8 cm Tundra snowshoes are lighter than the 55.9 cm models of many other snowshoes! The Tundra is our super-lightweight model for men and women (usually men) carrying loads up to 124.74 kg in the deepest snow conditions.
Although these are large snowshoes, they are designed to provide a more natural stride with a width of only 24.1 cm. Tundra is our premium ultralight powder snowshoe with the lightest 7075 series aluminum frame possible, a lighter but equally strong COOLTHANE® tire material, color options including rescue orange, and 42 more compact grooved tire clips for even greater weight savings.
An average snowshoe user takes over 3,200 steps per 1.61 km. With a typical weight savings of more than 0.28 kg per shoe, that means you save over 907 kg in lift weight per 1.61 km compared to a typical equivalent snowshoe.
