We respect your privacy, process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and are open about what we collect, why we do it, how we use it and how you have control over the information you have chosen to provide to us. What personal data do we collect from you and why? Name & address to be able to send packages to you. Mobile phone (optional) to be able to contact you if necessary and be able to phone / sms-notify deliveries. Email address (becomes our unique "customer number" for you) to be able to send order confirmation and other necessary communication (for example, when we adjust the terms of purchase or privacy policy). This is also true in reverse. We need to know that "you are you" when you email us and, for example, want to change your phone number, residential address or something else in the personal information we have about you. Newsletters are voluntary and can be signed up / unsubscribed just how/ when you want. You can also sign up for our newsletter completely separately without being a customer / registered and just by entering your email address. This then does not fall under GDPR as your email address is not linked to any other information.
